What is Emotional Release?

Emotional Release is an intersectional and holistic approach to emotional healing and wellbeing.

It integrates elements from different therapeutic modalities, including mind-focused approaches from psychology, parts work (IFS), hypnosis, neuroscience and body-centered practices from breath work, osteopathy & chiropractic as well as mindfulness techniques.
