My 1:1 online sessions offer the same level of personalised care and professional support as my offline sessions, tailored to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

    Connect with me via secure video conferencing from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, private area.

  • Comprehensive Assessment:
    Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your emotional history, current challenges, and personal goals. This allows us to create a customized plan that is unique to you.

  • Safe and Supportive Environment:
    Everything that happens in the session stays in the session. I work very confidential, as I see this as a crucial part to establish trust and to give you the opportunity to express authentically without fearing judgement. There is no “right” or “wrong” here.

  • Holistic Techniques:
    Utilizing a blend of proven methods such as IFS, Partswork, Hypnosis, breathwork, and intuitive counseling, we will discover release emotional blockages, that will be released and restore balance to your life.

  • Personal Growth:
    Each session is designed to not only address immediate emotional concerns but also to equip you with the tools and insights needed for ongoing personal growth and resilience.

What not to expect

While Emotional Release Therapy offers significant benefits, it's important to understand its limitations to set realistic expectations.
Here’s what this therapy cannot provide:

  • Immediate Fixes:
    Emotional release is a process that requires time and commitment. It’s not a quick fix, and significant results may take several sessions to manifest. 

  • Medical Treatment:
    This therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a serious mental health issue or a medical condition, you should consult with a healthcare professional.

  • Passive treatment:
    Your Ownership and agency plays a key role in the process. This is not a massage treatment, where you lay down and “get treated”. Your willingness to understand and perceive your process is the most important ingredient for your healing journey

  • Guaranteed Outcomes:
    Every individual’s journey is unique. While many find substantial relief and improvement, results can vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Total Elimination of Negative Emotions: The goal of this method is not to eradicate negative emotions, as they are a natural part of the human experience. Instead, the aim is to help you manage and understand these emotions better.

Understanding what Emotional Release Therapy can and cannot do is crucial for your healing journey.
My goal is to provide you with the tools and support to understand and navigate your emotions effectively, but it requires your active participation and patience.

How does a session look like ?

Each session is individually tailored, but there is a structure which is designed to provide orientation and safety.

  • Preparation:
    Before we meet online, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire that I will send you via email. This allows me to prepare your session individually.

  • Consultation:
    It starts with conversation to figure out your needs & goals, but also to discuss questions, doubts and concerns upfront.

  • Emotional Release
    Then you will lay down and will be guided through a body awareness exercise. From there the process will unfold naturally.

  • After care
    An emotional release session can be quite intense, this is why I scheduled time for you to take it slow. We can talk about what you have experienced, if you want or you can just take time to enjoy a warm tea or refreshing water. The important thing is that you don’t have to rush.

Is one session enough?

Emotional Release Therapy is a profound and transformative process, one session can already uncover and reveal a lot, but true healing takes time. 

Here’s why I would recommend more than one session:

Depth of Emotional Layers:
Our emotions are complex and multi-layered. One session can begin to uncover and address these layers, but fully processing and releasing them requires multiple sessions.

Building Trust and Safety:
Establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is crucial for deep emotional work.
This trust develops over time, allowing for more profound healing in subsequent sessions.

Sustainable Change:
Long-lasting emotional health involves learning new coping strategies and integrating them into your daily life. Repeated sessions ensure that these new skills are reinforced and sustainable.

Uncovering Root Causes:
Often, the issues we initially present with are symptoms of deeper, underlying emotional wounds. Multiple sessions allow us to explore and heal these root causes comprehensively.

Personal Growth:
Emotional healing is a journey, not a destination. Continued sessions support ongoing personal growth, helping you to navigate new challenges and maintain emotional well-being over time.

While one session can provide immediate relief and insight, committing to a series of sessions is essential for achieving deep, lasting change.

  • Every session is scheduled for 3h.

    15-30mins conversation, then 1.5h-2h Emotional Release session, 15-30mins After care.

  • One session of 3h is an investment of 220€. If you commit to three sessions package, each session will cost you 200€ per session, so 600€ in total. Payment plans are possible.

  • The therapies take place in the center of Lisbon near Marques de Pombal:

  • As this is a deep transformational process it can be quite important to communicate in your mother tongue. I am happy to be offering emotional release sessions in German (native), French (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (fluent).
